The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law enacted in 1974 that affords students certain rights concerning their student educational records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. 教育部. USAO complies with guidelines of the Family Educational 1974年《权利与隐私法.

俄克拉荷马州法规，第70条. 3244 requires that all students who enroll as a full-time or part-time student in an Oklahoma public or private postsecondary institution provide documentation of vaccinations against Hepatitis B (three doses) and measles, mumps 和风疹(MMR -两剂).
Students with specific medical contraindications to any or all immunizations may be allowed to attend if the medical reason is stated and this statement is signed by a licensed physician and submitted to 科学大学 & 俄克拉荷马州的艺术. Students who have objections to immunizations based on religious teachings or personal beliefs can also apply for an exemption.
Copies of immunization records and any Certificate of Exemption must be on file with 科学大学 & 俄克拉荷马州的艺术 and available for review.
